General conditions for preferential booking

• · Only bookings received via the form will be processed. Telephone bookings will not be accepted.
• · Only one booking per person per period will be accepted.
• · The process of allocation of the preferential booking will start from 02nd March 2023.
• · The allocation will be decided in order of receipt of the application form.
• · Once the reservation has been assigned, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to make the payment on account of confirmation, which will represent 25% of the amount of the reservation.
• · If none of the requested options are available, we will contact you ASAP to help you find an alternative.
• · The deadline for payment on account is 8th March 2023.
• · The applicant of the preferential booking will not be able to reduce the stay below 21 nights.
