Those who know us from previous seasons, and there are a lot of you who have faithfully followed us for years, know that when we close the facilities we keep working hard to improve our product, services and, overall, the experience of the families that spend their holidays with us.
The clientele of the Camping will enjoy an improvement in Wi-Fi. We have replaced the current antennas and have changed it for more powerful ones. Besides, we have increased its number this way the coverage will be better.
Due to the connectivity needs of our clientele a new project to expand and improve the Wi-Fi network has been consolidated. Jointly with another leading company in the sector, we are installing fibre optics in all the accommodations of the Resort and some of the areas of the Sangulí. It will allow covering long distances without interferences and the connection will be guaranteed.
All the televisions of all the accommodations of the Africa, Polynesia and Caribbean areas have been replaced. All of them will be connected through IP, this way the content will be adapted to the clientele: tailored and in their language. Additionally, they will all have a Chromecast that, via a QR code, will synchronize the mobile devices with the television to send any content from one device to another.
B and D areas have been improved. All the wiring and sockets have been renewed adapting it to the European trend. The numbering signs of the pitches and the streetlights, which have specially been designed for Sangulí to improve our customers’ rest, have also been changed.
Due to the implementation of the Mediterranean Corridor the train no longer crosses de municipality of Salou. This is a major advantage for our clientele, who from now on will be able to safely and easily have access to the beach without having to wait.
The entertainment team keeps betting on quality family shows and is working on the creation and improvement of 6 internal shows that will be a guarantee of fun for the whole family during the summer nights.
After a succesful implementation process, the water of all the Sangulí Salou’s swimming pools (except for the Dog Pool) are treated with salt instead of the traditional methods. It is an alternative that is gaining ground because it is more beneficial for people who are sensitive to chlorine and for the environment.
Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou has signed a contract with the company Aliance to offer an exclusive shuttle service to its clientele. This transport service will connect the airports of Reus and Barcelona with Sangulí Salou by bus, car or van. We bet on quality over quantity. For this reason, we will be working on an improvement and expansion of the pitches of the E and S areas.
The south E area, located next to the Guli Pool, will change its category going from Special to Master Plus and from having 43 pitches to 34. They will be between 105 and 120 m2 and will have electricity, drinking water, drainage and free Wi-Fi.
The S area will become B area, going from Standard category to Special and from having 48 pitches to 41. The previous unused space will now be used to extend the pitches, adding more than 10 square meters and a total of 90 m2. They will all have electricity and free Wi-Fi.
We are studying the project to fully remodel the toilets 3, located between the A, D and W area of the campsite. Maintenance work will be carried out in the showers, toilets and WCs.
