Camping & Resort Sanguli Salou, winner for Camping of the Year 2018
Camping & Resort Sanguli Salou is one of the winners of the ANWB Awards for Camping of the Year 2018. Specifically, it has been the winner in the category of the best rental accommodations. Sanguli has won in one of the categories of ANWB Awards in which more than 180 campsites from all over Europe were presented. For the Selection of the winners, independent inspections have been carried out in all the tourist establishments.
With this Award, Camping & Resort Sanguli Salou has just celebrated its 45 th Anniversary, a year in which its evolution and consolidation in the sector has been demonstrated with the inauguration of Africa, the New Resort Area. This way,it has continued adapting to the trends and needs of the customer, maintaining its essence and becoming a reference in tourism at European level. Overall, it has been a clear commitment to quality, theme emphasis and has advanced to the specialization towards the family audience.
The Award for the best rental accommodations has been possible thanks to the theme empahsis experienced throughout the site. Sanguli looks for a story on which to pilot an experience. From here, we try to capture the identity of the company looking into other worlds. The consolidation and culmination in theme emphasis has arrived with Africa. This Area has 300 lodges and 12 Safari Tents distributed over three large terraces named high, medium and low Sabana. Depending on the area, you can enjoy different views, with all possible comforts.
In total, there are five different accomodations: Nuba, Masai and Samburu lodges, the Safari tents and Grand Safari Tents. On one hand, the lodges are wooden accomodations and its materials make them come together with the scenery. They have stunning graphic arts of wild animals in the bedrooms which stand out on the modern and neutral furniture. On the other hand, the Safari Tents are the most emblematic representation of the wild Africa, made with quality and sustainable materials, long - lasting woods, steel structures and special fabrics to coat the tents. Athough all seem very different accommodations to those of a modern hotel, they are very similar since they present the same comforts as air conditioning and dishwasher. In addition, following the philosophy of the company, all accommodations follow sustainability criteria. These accommodations, added to the existing ones of the Mediterrarean, Polynesian and Caribbean nature, have made Sanguli win the Award for the best rental accommodations.
