How we will manage the security deposit? 

At Sangulí Salou, we work to high quality standards. Our aim is to maintain them, so that all families can enjoy their stay.

The security deposit helps us to guarantee the good condition of the accommodation, from the moment of your arrival, until the moment of your departure.

  • If you check-in online, we will retain your bank card details. Only if an upfront payment is required.
  • If you check-in at the reception in person, you will be asked for a security deposit of 200,00 euros.
  • If there are no incidents at the end of your stay, we will delete your card details and/or refund the security deposit within a maximum of 7 days.

What incidents are covered by the deposit?

Sangulí Salou will only use the security deposit (through a charge to the registered bank card, up to a maximum of 200.00 euros, or through a partial or total non-refund, of the amount deposited in reception), when the following incidents are detected:

  • Damage to the accommodation and/or its furnishings.
  • Lack of utensils or equipment (for example, decoration items, bed linen, towels, kitchenware etc.)
  • Excess rubbish, dirt and/or disorder.
