During the month of March, the Covid-19 Technical Committee was formed, made up of professionals from the Quality and HACCP (food hygiene) department, Occupational Risk Prevention department and external advisers. The aim of the committee is to create, validate and monitor the protocols to be implemented, based on the guidelines of the health authorities and entities in our sector.

We are working to meet the necessary requirements to obtain the seal of ‘Safe Tourism Certified’, which is accredited to tourism companies that implement demanding prevention protocols for Covid-19.

To offer you maximum safety, we will adapt some of our facilities.

• We will install protective partitions at customer service points, such as the receptions.

• We will install hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the busiest areas such as: receptions, bars and restaurants, sanitary facilities, shops, pool areas, mini clubs and playgrounds.

• We will prepare information posters to assist the circulation of people and to inform of the maximum authorized capacities.

Our customer service will be more exclusive and more personal than ever before.

• We will reinforce the online check-in system, to speed up the process on arrival, therefore reducing the exposure time of families at the receptions.

• We will reinforce non-contact communication channels to attend to any requests during your stay.

We will reinforce our demanding high standards of cleaning and disinfection.

• We will implement a new cleaning protocol for the accommodation. This will consist of two work teams per accommodation, with the aim to carry out a meticulous and thorough clean after each departure.

• Before opening to the public, all air ducts in the accommodation will be disinfected. After each departure, the air conditioning filters will be cleaned with a disinfection solution to guarantee clean air.

• In the sanitary facilities, we will reinforce cleaning staff, to guarantee the disinfection of the facilities after each use.

• We will carry out continuous cleaning of the facilities and public areas with products that guarantee their disinfection.

In all catering areas, we will apply special measures so that you can continue to enjoy our gastronomy with complete peace of mind.

• We will adapt our establishments to meet the maximum safety capacity allowed.

• With the use of technology, we will replace paper menus with QR codes and we will place an emphasis on personalized attention.

• We will increase the offer of take-away meals, so that families can enjoy a wide choice of gastronomy in their accommodation.

• We guarantee the air quality in the Tàrraco and Victòria restaurants with the use of filters, which retain more than 99% of 1 μm particles. Additionally, we will improve the supply of fresh air.

• For the handling and disinfection of products, we will follow protocols that guarantee safe consumption. We will store non-perishable products for a minimum of three days, to ensure that they do not bring contamination into the production line. Additionally, we will review the disinfection protocols for fruit and vegetables.

• With regards to kitchen staff, disinfection mats will be installed at the access points and all members of staff will wear masks.

We are working so that you will be able to enjoy the pools, that you like so much, with complete peace of mind.

• Following the recommendations of the authorities, we will adapt the capacities allowed.

• We will install disinfection mats at the entrances to these facilities.

• We will study new protocols for the orderly use of sunbeds and their daily disinfection.

• We will reinforce the cleaning and disinfection of the paved areas of the swimming pools.

Whilst following protective measures we will adapt the activities, whilst at the same time ensuring that the magic is not lost.

• We will reduce the capacity of the sports and entertainment facilities, in compliance with the requirements of the authorities, which is currently set at 30%.

• We will work on providing a new range of outdoor activities for children.

• We will study new protocols for the orderly use of the fitness room and for its disinfection between clients.

• Whilst always respecting the maximum authorized capacity in the amphitheater, the shows will continue to liven up the summer nights.

We are aware that your safety is the responsibility of our staff and we are working on the following measures:

• We will follow our plan for the reincorporation of personnel. This will include training and support, so that all employees know, and apply, all the established safety measures.

• All personnel will be provided with the necessary materials, such as: disposable masks and hydroalcoholic gel.

• All staff will be asked for a statement of responsibility regarding their health status. This will be continually monitored and coordinated with the company's health department/service, which will carry out any necessary controls it deems appropriate.

• We will carry out continuous audits, to guarantee compliance with the established protocols.
